1. Is it compatible with Android devices?
Yes, our NFC album is compatible with most Android devices with NFC technology. You just need to make sure that NFC is enabled on your phone in order to use the keychain correctly.
2. Is it compatible with all iPhone and Android models?
iPhone: Our NFC Album is compatible with iPhone 7 and newer.
Android: Most Android devices with NFC technology are supported. If you have any questions about whether your model is compatible, please check your device settings to see if the NFC option is enabled.
3. What if NFC doesn't work?
If NFC is not working on your magbeats, don't worry, it can be easily fixed. Write to us through the contact page and we will help you solve the problem.
4. Can I change my shipping address?
If the order has not been processed yet, we can update your address. Please write to us as soon as possible with the correct information. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately we cannot change the address.
5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Except for customized products, we accept returns as long as the product has not been used. If you need an exchange or return, please contact us and we will provide you with the necessary instructions. If the product is defective, we will replace it free of charge.
6. Is it compatible with Apple Music or Spotify?
Our albums work with any platform that allows link sharing, such as Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube Music. you just need to set up the links you want.
7. What is included in a custom album design?
The design includes the front cover, back cover, inside left side, inside right side and CD design. If you can't find any images to complete your design, you can send us other images you like or let us choose a design that matches your theme.
8. How do I track my order?
When we process your order, we will send you a tracking number. You can enter it on our “Track Order” page to see shipping status updates. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask us.
